Railway Act of 1989. According to an RPF official, the incident happened during a trial run of the train which was scheduled to commence service on September 16th. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. Similar incidents have been reported in other states like Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Bengal, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, with several suspects being apprehended in those cases.
