Snowfall was reported in Himachal Pradesh's Rohtang, Atal Tunnel, Dalhousie, and Pangi-Bharmaur, while rain was observed in Manali. An orange alert for heavy rain and snowfall was issued for most of the state for Wednesday and Thursday. Uttarakhand also saw dense fog and cold wave conditions, with an orange alert for heavy rain and snowfall above 2,500 meters. Jammu and Kashmir experienced the end of a dry spell with snowfall in mountainous regions and rainfall in several areas, bringing relief to farmers and improving prospects for crop yield.

Delhi mein bhi ghana fog raha, Palam aur Safdarjung mein visibility 50 meters tak kam hui. Kam se kam 19 trains Delhi aane mein der se chali, aur Indira Gandhi International Airport pe bhi flights mein der hui. Himachal Pradesh mein Rohtang, Atal Tunnel, Dalhousie aur Pangi-Bharmaur mein snowfall hui, Manali mein rain aayi. Wednesday aur Thursday ke liye state mein orange alert jaari kiya gaya heavy rain aur snowfall ke liye. Uttarakhand mein bhi ghana fog aur cold wave chali, aur 2,500 meters se upar heavy rain aur snowfall ke liye orange alert jaari kiya gaya. Jammu and Kashmir mein sukhta khatam ho gaya, mountainous regions mein snowfall aur kai jagah par rain hui, jisse farmers ko rahat mili aur crop yield ki ummid badhi.
