Bad days in store and sure to come
When durontos was flagged off it was one of the hits of er after 12259. Best train in terms of travel time and punctuality. But alas scenario changed drastically
1) durontos technical halts were given commercial stoppages.(no complaints as I am from dhn)
2) with the 130 mps of 12393 it was like a...
more... hunter always looking to Axe down duronto in its run in mgs- gzb section. Many occasions nailed by 12393 and 12309
3) now another er legend 12303/81 was given 130 mps for its run in NCR. Result: if it reaches mgs on time no one can ot from there.imagine 12275 is also not being spared by 12303/81although the former uses cnb bypass and runs in its own territory
4) now 120 mps fit 12273/81 has to troll behind this 130 mps train as a result reaches ndls late by 2-3 hrs
5) reverse time at ndls is less so only one option reschedule it. Even if it manages to depart rt 12398 is ahead of it and leads the race up to cnb Or may be even beyond.12398 is 130 mps fit
6) eventually 12398 has to give way to 12424 but not to 120 mps durontos.
7) so on both side there is no respite for this VIP grade train from sfs
8) was nailed by raj gang in ECR when it trolled 12398 up to Mgs in this month
RESULT: punctuality has taken a massive hit and had a huge downfall in its overall perfomance. It's just the starting of suffering for duronto class train and it's passengers.
Remedy : 130 mps fit lhb rakes instead of hlhb 120 mps.
