Agree Lko division to NER, Nanded division to CR, Kota div to NWR, Ratlam div to WCR, Dhn div to SER/ER, Goa region to KR, Mangaluru to SWR.
Most of Red tapes in Indian Railways must be fixed properly.

IR is distributing divisions & trains like chocolates.
NR is controlling whole Delhi - Prayagraj main line and making it mess day by day.
Poor controlling of Important & long distance trains for the sake of Freight & favorable trains.
Divisions I mean
For example :- Visakhapatnam need a division to maintain three ports, one steel plant, Navy base, Ore belt freight trains & Passenger trains.
Instead of making Visakhapatnam division after bifurcating from ECoR.
IR again made it complicated by bifurcating Waltair division into two part, one is new Rayagada division which don't have resources other than ore belt.
Another part is merged into Vijayawada division with no sense.
