I could not get tickets on BPL Shatabdi (March 20) in Executive Class to Agra, so booked this VB (E1 and E2 had plenty of seats open). Similar story when I took RKMP VB from Agra... BPL Shatabdi had wait list (exec class) and VB was 30-40% occupied in E1/E2.
Just to clarify, E1 and E2 on March 20th journey in Nizamuddin Khajuraho Vande Bharat ??
Where did you find E2 ? It has an 8 Coacher Mini Vande Bharat Rake right ? How can there be E2 ?

This VB is placed just ahead of Shatabdi from Delhi upto Lalitpur and in return arrives before Shatabdi. So naturally being a new train with asthmatics travellers shift to this train. The real occupancy or success of ge train should be measured when it has 50% occupied beyond Lalitpur in branch line to Khajuraho for 165km which should be the parameter in judging and not the overall occupancy. Same with Mysuru Chennai beyond Benguluru.
Well, there aren't many alternatives from Delhi to Khajurao. There is only one train coming from Kurukshetra and that takes 5 hours more than this. Not surprising then that a 8 coach CC VB can get filled.

Shatabdi se halt remove karne ki sabse jaada jarurat hai.....morena dholpur lalitpur teeno halt remove ki jarurat hone chahiye.....
Jab VB bani thi sabse pehle issi shatabdi ko replace karne ke rumours AA rahe the 😂 but Aaj Tak nahi Hui aage bhi hone ke chances Kam hi hai.....agar VB ka rake mile fir proper 8 hour ka TT do or morena lalitpur dholpur halt remove ho.....long distance shatabdi mein itne halt bhat diye har din late chalti
Well tbh Shatabdi ke rake ka lifespan complete hone tak change nahi karna hi sahi decision hoge... Saare Shatabdis replace karne ke pe bohot excess AC CC coaches ho jaate unko utilise karna tough hota. But lifespan complete hone ke baad to milna hi chahiye VB rake. New LHB coaches ka koi logic hi nahi hoga in trains me jab VB rakes se speed up aur better services milenge
Rake ki halat kharab hai....aaye din kuch na kuch gadbad hoti rehti..... Without VB rake iska time bhi reduce nahi ho payega....long distance ki wajah se late bhi hoti jaada....baaki shatabdi mein sufficient time rehta hai but iske pass time hi nahi....
I took VB from Agra to RKMP on March 21 (wanted Shatabdi but it was wait listed in executive class). The VB was late by 3 hours and had to run behind Mumbai Rajdhani all the way. So, 6 hour journey turned to 9 hours and the problem was technical.
It is possible that VB rake limits the option to an alternative loco unlike regular LHB rake. I was also VERY disappointed with dirty lavatories in both, E1 and E2. I would have assumed it to be clean at its first stop...

AyushGurudev~ 1174 blog postsIn today's first run...out of 522 seats 418 seats are vacant between KURJ-VGLJ. It means only 104 filled by khajuraho, chhatarpur, tikamgarh and Lalitpur combined. Isse jada tourists to akele chitrakoot bhar ke dega.

Agreed but let me remind you one fact also that upsk agar full ac bhi hojaye tab bhi occupancy kam nahi hogi as logon ke pass better options nahi hai mahakoshal toh waise hi aadhe time late chalti hai aur primary jbp satna ke pass hote hai

Vaise as per my opinion ek new train chala sakte hai Rewa/Pryj - SVDK/Amritsar ke bich hit hogi 100 %

To bhai RKMP VB bhi konsi Mathura rukti h, even uske before to koi train agra jane ke liye h hi nahi, thats total discrimination towards MTJ,...
Yes MTJ pr halt dena tha. VB ka acceleration acha hai jyada stops ke saath bhi TT manage kr skti hai whreas conventional trains with single P7 ka halts km dena chahiye

Bhai Mera matlab tha ki agra side jane ki trains nahi h, jo ki Vande Bharat bahut kam time m pachucha skti h.I am not saying ki mujhe Agra ke liye VB chaiye

Check TT , it is doing NZM-AGC in 100 mins .. it will run at 160 kmph during commercial runs . Railway issues special notification for every train number for running trains at 160 kmph .. which they generally don’t do for special train numbers !!
I was just giving info during the inaugral run, i already said i m not sure..
