But you do have a lot of work to do on your interpretation of statements.
I have an objective view and I see both sides of a coin. Jhansi isn't totally right, Gwalior isn't totally right either. Both deserve halts albeit different reasons which have been well elaborated before.

No one's seeing the entire picture. Or is ready to at least.
Both deserve halts albeit different reasons. Neither Gwalior accepts Jhansi's reason nor Jhansi accepts Gwalior's reason.
And it's happening due to vindictive acts by a few, years ago.
This is quite pointless considering both will end up with halts. 🙃👻
