* There is no moral right to IR for overcharging charging the special fare trains on one hand and giving them third-grade treatment on the other. If IR charges special fare/ tatkal fare/ Suvidha fare for the special trains, it is bound to give better facilities to these paxs. Whims & fancies of a few should not overrule the financial prudence/commonsense.
* If IR gives very high priority to Rajdhani/Shatabdi trains and charge 15% extra base fare, then the special trains, where fares are much higher than Raj/Shat, the priority, speed, punctuality and pax amenities must be atleast at par with Raj/Shat trains.
