Palakkad division at 32nd position and TVC with a pathetic 62nd place !!. How can the division hope for more benefits etc when things which are under their control are so poorly managed?.
Even Konkan railway railwsy with single line fared better. The operating and engineering sections of the Thiruvananthapuram division have been passing the buck instead of owning up for the delays and doing something about it
