normally 1km par 1.5 crore ka kharcha aata h us hisab itne paise me hum about 13000 km track india me bichha sakte h jis maintanance cost bhi kam rahega aur safe bhi hoga
then all pending and new rail line proposal for 20 years also might have been completed in one go
Had I been RM, I would not have allotted single penny to any project/train except those in JK and NE......Its hhigh time to integrate the VALLEY with India......Tourism should flourish and local people get jobs....
