A public meeting is planned for either day, likely serving as a launchpad for the Mahayuti alliance's election campaign, with Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in attendance. Modi will also participate in the Viksit Bharat event at two educational institutions in the city. Due to security concerns, the district administration has prohibited the use of airspace for paragliding, hot air ballooning, drones, and microlight airplanes on September 26th and 27th.

The official Twitter account of Hyderabad Metro Rail (@ltmhyd) was hacked on September 19, 2024. A message was posted requesting users to ignore any links or posts until further notice. Hyderabad Metro Rail regained control of the account a few hours later and announced the successful restoration of access.
