Further cancellations are planned for January due to ongoing work. Additionally, the Jhansi Division has reduced the frequency of some trains due to fog, resulting in waiting lists for long-distance trains like Goa Express, Mangla Express, Jhelum Express, Punjab Mail, and Kerala Express. Train numbers 11123/11124 (Gwalior-Barauni/Barauni-Gwalior) have been cancelled on Mondays and Thursdays/Tuesdays and Fridays respectively, until February 26th, due to fog. Further cancellations may be announced depending on the fog situation. Over 20 trains have been cancelled due to yard remodeling work in Mathura, including the Taj Express for 32 days and the Gatiman Express for 8 days. Several other trains, including the Lokmanya Tilak Terminal-Agra Cantt Express (12161/12162), the Firozpur Cantt-Sivni Patal Kote Express (14624/14623), the Raigarh-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express (12409), the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Chennai Express (16032), the Chandigarh-Madurai Express (12688), and the Korba-Amritsar Chhattisgarh Express (18237/18238), have been cancelled on various dates between December 6th and 11th.

New Year ki holidays aur shaadi-samaaroh ka season aane se, yeh bheed aur badhne wali hai. January mein bhi bahut saari trains cancel ki gayi hai. Iske saath hi, Jhansi Division ne fog ki wajah se kuch trainon ke fare kam kar diye hain, jisse Goa Express, Mangla Express, Jhelum Express, Punjab Mail, aur Kerala Express jaisi long-distance trainon mein waiting list badh gayi hai. Train number 11123/11124 (Gwalior-Barauni/Barauni-Gwalior) ko 26 February tak Monday aur Thursday/Tuesday aur Friday ko cancel kiya gaya hai, fog ki wajah se.
