Actually it is not like moderator sir modifying any rules. However in many of the discussions, many of the TLM's were in favour of Boards being visible (atleast to an extent, if not fully visible). And many pics in the past too were voided by others because of not satisfying the criteria.

Well, you are a genuine person & not a spammer. However if you make updates without boards, it will become a strong point for many of the guys who will just capture 1 pic, and keep updating the same pic for multiple trains, which will ultimately result in spamming. That is why the train boards & station boards are a must, to halt the practice of spamming, so that people do not update 1 pic for multiple things.

Well, I can agree to ur point. But as u see, 1 EMU picture is updated for 1 or max. 2 train by me. I believe, U even can't click a very perfect picture of an EMU "where the train board is clearly visible" as demanded by some members (unlike Mail/Exp having particular big boards) . Bcoz, EMUs have very small board, for which a close shot is always required. Or in most case, the digital headcode of old EMUs becomes blured in SLR/DSLR camera. That doesn't mean an EMU page won't have EMU pics. So some relaxation is required in some cases.
