The theft of face towels in AC compartments of trains has forced the Railway board to replace the quality towels with cheaper, takeaway napkins.

Why the hell do people take away hand/face towels? If you are rich enough to expend your money to buy an AC class ticket for your journey, then can't buy a towel yourself? Idiots.
Don't underestimate the cheapness of Public, I've seen people literally steal Hand Wash Liquids by putting them in empty water bottles during their journeys, some were caught stealing vegetable stained Bedsheets and Hand Towels are quite common thing to steal for many. That too in Premium Trains like Duronto and Rajdhani.
Just yesterday I was traveling in Mumbai Rajdhani, some people were caught stealing 3 Bedsheets (2 of those having Vegetable stains) by Coach Attendent.
Lots of these cases are happening, especially in AC 3.

- At KBS I have seen free condoms kept. People can take it, if they want to.
