* Gift of RM/IR to its employees who will get opportunity to avail premium trains which common people are unable to, due to very high Flexifares.

It was reported that in spite of very poor occupancy, the flexifare has resulted in extra few hundred crore Rs to IR. Premium trains will continue to give extra revenue of 200-500 Crores per annum to IR, with only a fraction of seats sold (about 50-70%), and rest shall be occupied by non paying pass holders.
* Premium trains which earlier were said to be trains of Privileged Rich people, gradually became accessible to Middle class/ common man in last 10-12 years due to rising incomes. But with Flexifare, these trains have again become trains of Privileged rich class and now onwards, of course Passholders.
