While booking ONLINE on 30 Nov 2017 for journey date 04 Dec 2017 , I optedtwo Lower Berths for M 62 and F 58 ( both senior citizens ) but one MIDDLE and one UPPER berth was allotted.I had to cancel the ticket when CANCELLATION fee was charged.Again 0n 01 Dec 2017 I went to Reservation counter for the same .Surprisingly the booking clerk told " you can not put CHOICE .Computer gives RANDOM berths . " and I got one MIDDLE ans one UPPER berth again VIDE PNR No. 640-8773384 .How many times shall I cancel ? Train No./Name: 22833 / HUMSAFAR EXPRESS was showing 227 berths available. I amnot able to understand the LOGIC behind the cmputer programme. Both of us are old persons .Can we CLIMB upto the upper berths ?Indian railway is claiming to allot lower berths for old men and women .KINDLY MODIFY YOUR COMPUTER...
