Really, their job is literally 'Full of Sh*t' (pardon my language). The track is extremely dirty, the weather can be violent, there is chance of life risk even for a slight miss-calculation; but they don't have the luxury to care. They will have to work. Thousands of lives depend on them, they are '4th grade staffs'.
