Is train ka average fare Rs 1200 se Rs 2200 ke beech hoga. Ek survey ne is service ke liye bahut demand hone ka pata diya hai, aur Railways iske launch ki taiyaari kar rahi hai. Shatabdi is kinda popular but condition of it before COVID was better than present.
Problems like Inadequate maintainace ( even though some coaches are old LHB), downgrade in food quality are mainly reported by people . But it is punctual & enjoys a good priority

Replacing Shatabdi with 16 car VB would be better imo. And a better departure time than Shatabdi, somewhere around 6-6.30 AM would be a good departure time from NJP.
