when me and my brother travelled in august kranti in end of 2019 precisely speaking december 14th we had got soup (sadly that time i didnt use 2 vlog so dont have video to show)
other trains i dont know whether it was stopped that year itself or not
but yes after covid when i started travelling i never saw that and when checked on irctc website they had removed from there also
