why is PUNE-SRC special given NR Number?
it has RSA with SER Rake

I am too unable to figure out the reason behind alloting NR numbers to SER trains. They are doing this in almost all new trains introduced by them like 02449, 02491, 02469, 02411, 02405, 02497
SER number was allotted to NFR train NJP HWH NJP Shatabdi too during COVID
