1. Apples are a cocktail of useful properties. It has a beneficial effect on all body systems, killing pathogenic bacteria. For the thyroid gland, they are valuable in that they protect against cancer cells.

2. Crab meat and seafood . They contain vitamin B12 and zinc, which stimulates the immune system of our body. Please note: canned crab meat also retains its beneficial properties.
