They need to connect Mathura Junction Agra route and kasganj route with multiple line so that Kasganj, Bariely can get a better connectivity for South India.

Hathras mein flyover bypass with tundla branch proposed hai. Dekho kab tak complete hota hai.
Ner ka influence or budget dono hi NR ke comparison mein kam hai bawjood iske aligarh chandausi ke pehle electrification complete kara liya yahi badi baat hai apne mein.
Baki new trains chalane ki baare mein to izn division ke record utna achcha nahi hai. Fir bhi local politicians ke pressure se kuch weeklies mil sakta hai kathgodam side se south and west ke liye.

No idea about Hathras Jn Flyover, lekin agar bana toh baht achha rahega. Mathura will get connectivity to Aligarh, Kanpur and Kasganj can get connectivity to Delhi.
But sabse zada zarurat Achhnera Bypass aur Mathura Junction multiple lines ki hai. Which will avoid trains to run via Achhnera and reach Agra Fort
