Kudos to VSKP. They lost a 4-coach train to NZM and got an 18-coach daily train to Hyderabad instead.. also, they made the AP Express run with Hi-speed and non A/c coaches. I have some plans regarding this train
1. Make this a 24-coach train.
2. Extend to KRNT so that it can also act as a KRNT - BZA ONT.
3. Name the

train as Visakha Express, the name of the Hyderabad train we lost to Bhubaneswar.

Will it be possible to take back SCR train name?

Yes, even now we have a dispute regarding the 2 Amaravati Express trains, and one only needs to have it. In this context, BZA UBL deserves the right as for HWH VSG, the name Amaravati, which belongs to a train of SCR, was taken by SER.

Extension to KRNT will be good. Considering it's timings in the KCG-VSKP run, it will not be the first choice for most people. So, CC can be changed later based on the traffic pattern.
17015/16 has been known to people as Visakha for a long time now, and regular passengers will continue to use the name even if it is removed. In the VSKP-BZA section at least, people will continue to refer to this train as 'Link' only. I think the names can remain as they are now.
To be fair though,

it was not 'taken' by SER. Both BZA-VSG and BZA-UBL were known as 'Amaravathi express' and when the VSG train was extended to HWH, they just didn't rename it. At that time, both trains were not daily, so there was no need to change the name.

They should remove Amaravati from the name of HWH VSG and simply call it HWH VSG express.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
