A train which can be easily used by the idle rake of 08449/08450 BBS PNBE special. This train's rake lay idle at BBS yard from Sunday Morning to Friday Afternoon. And the Coaches are divided and are given to cater other trains. Instead ECoR can use this same rake for starting a new train Bhubaneswar Kochuveli express.
The rake arriving as 08450 PNBE BBS on sunday morning can depart at 2:30 pm on same day and run as a clone Falaknuma till BZA. Slot is available at this moment between BBS-VSKP-BZA. arrive Bhubaneswar at Thursday evening by 5 to 6 pm. So again as BBS PNBE Special it will depart BBS on Friday afternoon.
Easily can be started only if ECoR could rise up from their deep sleep for not starting any train for Kerala state.
This trans will cater whole of Kerala and north/west Karnataka. Good timings.

PS: only change in RSA would be removing the first 2 GEN coaches of 08449/50 , adding 2 3A coaches and converting the Last 3 2S coaches into Unreserved ones.
