it will be for doj from 10/4/16.
ie, If ur doj is on or after 10/4/16 , you have to pay full charge if your child need a separate berth, otherwise half charge only.

you don't need a circular journey ticket here. also it will not be valid at you intend to use the same trains in both direction which overlaps and not a circular router. get a simple telescopic ticket from KCVL to SVDK and back. book GJL separately.

Few more questions:
1. Trains i book for must be within ARPs, isn't it? For telescopic tickets from KCVL - NDLS -SVDK,23 aprl kcvl smpk kranti & 25 aprl uttar smprk kranti, I have to go with 25 aprl trains ARP. And then book telescopic ticket for both trains on same day.

1. You can book KCVL-SVDK ticket with reservation upto NDLS on 23 aprl arp and just get the NDLS SVDK part reserved when the arp for that part opens.
2.yes break journey rules apply and if you think of 8 days break then you cannot book a telescopic ticket.

Thanks guys... Done reservation with telescopic fare. Saved rs 2000. I booked for 2A tickets same trains.
