good to hear so much detailed news abt COI-KTE electrification work n hope these sub stations will work soon n i think once the electrification between KTE-COI will b completed fully then this section will b open for electric locos action n wen the work of ET-JBP-KTES will complete then trains can run with end to end wap/wam :)))) but firstly soon they will start KTE-COI section for WAP/WAG/WAM etc. locos
