It means that the single track between Aluabari Road and Guwahati is still non electrified :-(

there is exclusive double track b/w aluabari ghy....b/w aluabari-sguj in fact there are 3 tracks 1 via BORA,2 via NJP...from NJP to SMTA there are 2 tracks one via NCB other one via APDJ..4m SMTA to NBQ there is double line..4m NBQ to KYQ there are 2 tracks one via GLPT another via RNY.from KYQ->GHY there is twin single line section & from GHY->Digaru there is again double...from Digaru to Furkating there is single line.from Furkating to Mariani there are 2 tracks,one via Numaligarh another via Barpathar,from Mariani to Simaluguri there is again Single...from Simaluguri to New Tinsukia there are 2 tracks one via Duliajan another one via Moran,Dibrugarh

To simplify your explanation I would just say that the KOAA - GHY GR Exp Route via New Jalpaiguri - Goalpara - Guwahati and the one taken by Saraighat Express via New Jalpaiguri - Rangiya - Guwahati... both should get double tracks with electrification upto GHY at least.... GHY - DBRT Section's Work can also be taken up :-)
