Section controlling doesn't bother with any train's speed. if the signal is clear, the section is fit, then a train can do its mps.
only SM will intimate if there is anything going on in the section.

AC ko Raj tag miljaye....LP aur ALP isko 150 pe daudayenge NZM-AGC........
with 110 MPS it's just not possible for this train to be punctual, in the current slot as there is lot of traffic.
So best hope currently is for this train to run at 130 and hopefully whatever the problems are lets hope they are sorted out.

22109 regularly 00:30 ke pahle ET se departure hoti hai WAP-4 se but fir bhi BPL on time nahi pahoch pati 22109 ET-BPL 2hr leti hai.
Aaj dekhte hai RAJDHANI WAP-7 se BPL on time rahpati hai kya waise rajdhani 8min late hai as compare to 22109.
