Ok, understood that you remove curtains (not fire but obviously cost cutting) but what about other facilities man about which you boast for Humsafar (premum train with premium facilities) and demand an extra surcharge (dynamic) even on increased base fare? If this type of reply is given then its just no use of filing any complaint. All Humsafar coaches whether RCF or MCF should have same specifications. Train is not on factory's name. Its running bearing the torch of IR and it should be same across pan india and all passengers should get same facilities for same category and price at any given location of IR. Never seen such vast difference b/w ICF coaches of Kapurthala or Chennai. Just next time i will keep in mind to ignore Humsafar an go with 2ac in almost same amount of money.

Khair, jo hona thha ho gaya. Abhi tak to sirf Garib Rath ko hi dur se pranam karta thha, ab Humsafar bhi ussi list mein gayi. DD mein majburi mein lena pade tabhi lunga otherwise nahi. So GR, HS completely ruled out of my any future journeys (unless there is very acute emergency situation).

Copy of letter received from RCF. Rail ministry is posting something else on press release and sending something else to RCF. Those who get MCF HS coaches are only getting the benefits. This is nothing but a scam. But aap please complaint kijiye, nahi toh pressure kaise aayega.
