Traveled a lot by this train back in the day. Also, has it's timings recently changed? It used to hit Lucknow around 7 AM. Now it hits three hours early

I agree with you that the Station of RMA deserves the Halt of Avadh Express.
It will be good if deserving halts such as this are restored by demand from public representatives (MPs , etc)
