The Nemom and Kochuveli railway stations in Thiruvananthapuram are set to be renamed. The decision to change the names was made because the name Kochuveli is not widely recognized outside of Kerala. The name change will become official once the Railway Board issues an order.

Thiruvananthapuram mein Nemom aur Kochuveli railway stations ka naam badalne wala hai. Kochuveli naam Kerala ke bahar bahut zyada jaane nahi jata hai, isliye yeh decision liya gaya hai. Jab Railway Board iske liye order dega, tab yeh naam badlaav official ho jaayega.
