Howrah WDP4D arrived Singur Up loop line with a monsoon reserve & stone dust rake & returns as L/E HWH.

The shunting movement of the loco was as under:
i) After detaching from load, Shunt was illuminated on Up loop Starter.

Engine proceeded till the foot of Up Adv. Starter from Up loop
iii) Crew changed cab to Dn direction
iv) Shunt signal given (Engine still on Up line)
v) Engine proceeded from Up line to Dn line, further to Dn starter
