To ensure the safety of the Ganesh Visarjan procession, Pune Police have implemented extensive security measures, deploying over 7,000 personnel across the city. The use of flammable substances and firecrackers during the procession has been banned. The 'My Safe Pune' app has been launched by the police to provide real-time updates and assistance to the public.
