hai, platforms bhi include hain. Iska reason yeh hai ki jo koi bhi railway premises pe aata hai, woh potential passenger hota hai, jo baad mein ticket kharidega. Railway authorities baad mein ticket na hone pe action le sakte hain, lekin woh premises pe injure hue aadmi ko treatment dene se mana nahin kar sakte.
