A team of seven master trainers, including Rakesh Srivastava, Prakhar Sharma, Divakar Shukla, Narendra Singh, RB Sahu, Mithilesh Kumar, and Kamlesh Kumar, will lead the training. The training program will focus on promoting courteous behavior among staff, especially towards passengers who often complain about rude treatment from ticket examiners (TTEs). The training workshops will be held twice a week at all major stations within the Prayagraj division. The Assistant Commercial Manager, Sanjay Gautam, will monitor the program.
