Contractors are allegedly taking a large chunk of the monthly salary, leaving workers with a mere 5 to 7 thousand rupees out of their 15 to 18 thousand rupee salary.

Vinod Rai ne kaha ki NER se chalne wali sabhi trainon mein bedroll ki supply ka zimma contractoron ke haathon mein hai. Contract workers ka shoshan karne se railway employees aur passengers dono hi pareshaan hain aur is wajah se bahut baar jhagde bhi hote hain. Contractor, workers ke 15 to 18 thousand rupees ki monthly salary mein se bada hissa le jaate hain aur unhe sirf 5 to 7 thousand rupees dekar kaam karaate hain.
