Does this mean the train would run from GNC or would they run the train from ADI and PM would inaugurate the train from Gandhinagar via video conferencing ?
GNC to ADI itself will take around 40 mins.. So Running from GNC is not operationally feasible for now if Average speed takes a front seat and run time is 5.5 hrs or less
May be it will be inaugurated from GNC but regular service will be between MMCT and ADI with a practical run time of 5 hrs 20 mins with an average speed of 92 kmph.

I will be more than happy if it leads 12951. Currently taking 12951 + Kevadiya JS chain via BRC for reaching ADI on Fridays.
