Can someone tell the purpose of these on-way specials?
Is it some rake transfer or for what other purpose?

I have seen many times here such rakes are sometimes used for army personnel.
Half of the coaches are SL/AC and half are HCPV.
Also one empty NR marked rake is standing here at PTKC
