No need for other new route, just Need a bypass Railway line from Raiwala & It will be enough.
SRE DDN is feasible. And demanded. And would save time and resources.
Yes it's true Saharanpur to Dehradun New railway line should consider...
Very tough.. rajaji national park and lachchiwala range will block the way.. no tree cutting allowed here.
