Right, till today, nobody were able to restore lost MG connectivity between Hubballi and Mangaluru. He did that superbly, I doubt that may start again now(Bjp-Majn-Bjp exp). RIP MoSR.
Instead of naming trains after Important Personalities, which would initiate a wrong trend.
Name Belagavi Station as "Suresh Angadi Belagavi Station", which has been a trend before as well.
Or simply call Belagavi Bengaluru Express as "Angadi Express".
Whichever suits better and feels more respectful.

I heard new station coming on Bgm-Dwr new rail line "Kanvi Karvinakoppa" will be renamed after Suresh Angadi sir, which is birth place of him.

Agree, Ideally Sbc-Bgm-Sbc SF Exp should be renamed after him. Angadi Express, Name also looks good.

It is to be noted that many of the trains introduced were first ever connection/ dedicated train to those cities. For example, BJP MAJN, YPR BJP via Harapanahalli, SBC KAWR Via Padil, SBC BGM SF. We would have got some more intrastate trains, but now no more hopes. Only reasons for not able to introduce train would be discussed.
