Lots of people ( especially patients) from DHN, RNC, parts of Odisha travelling towards South ( VSKP,BZA Chennai,Vellore) & also migrant workers travelling towrds MAS, CBE, Kerala currently are unable to travel due to lack of a train in this sector. Maybe DHN-ALLP can be started with reduced stoppages
Unless TN is ready to accept more trains DHN ALP will not ply which may take time.
Yes , i think same is the case with AP and KL as well. Yes it will be some time before it comes on track
