Delhi govt will pay all expenses to DMRC. This is not a subsidy. DMRC is not loosing any money but people are getting back what they pay as Taxes.

Sir koi bhi chhej aaj k time mein Free nehin hota hai....Delhi govt bhi hamara paisa hi DMRC ko dega apna pocket se nehin....agar DMRC things there is still some loss then in comming days DMRC will increase its Fare. Then being a Male passenger woh aapko hi dena parega yaad rakhiye...Sir NOTHING IS FREE NOWADAYS.....FREE MEIN KISI KO KUCH DENA AAJ K DIN MEIN MATLAB EK HAATH SE LE KAR DUSTE HAATH KO DENA HAI...
