It's really very very sad. Like certain multiplexes check thoroughly people especially for paan gutka and cigarette if possible on prestigious trains this type of scrutiny should also be started if possible

CCTV CAMERAS Must be used for 100% Compliance in sufficient numbers . Defaulters must be Punished Publicly & Very Severely to set an example . No Leniency to Erring People . Then problem will be solved for sure .
