It is too late to write a trip report! But I feel much delighted as I can manage sometime during the festive season. Journey was not that much exciting as I did not feel any comfort even in 1A of SDAH Drnt. Empty rake was placed at pf 10 at 6.55 PM (too early as dep time was 7.45 PM). I got cabin H with three other pax. Two of them were jovial and made my journey comfortable. Train departed ontime but due to chain pulling it got delayed for 5 min (chain pulling even in Drnt..:P )! We were served with hot soup (mixed veg/tomato) and fish orly (delicious). Main course was fine as I ordered for non veg. Chicken curry was 'OK' (just ok). I never go with ice cream (chronic to cold and cough due to age), so I ordered for juice in glass. But they served frooti..(I...

observed the apathy of the pantry staffs towards their duties. Reached SDAH 1.10 PM (late) at pf 9C. PF was newly constructed and full of garbage and dirts. It is so pathetic to find the deplorable condition of pf no. 9C. My journey was just 'so so' as I was well aware of the present service and punctuality of SDAH Drnt which once used to be the fastest drnt of IR (I think still it is...but do not know when it maintained the timeline!!) . Only one thing is commendable....it got P4 from NDLS. And P4 proved to be the ultimate beast as compared to P5 and P7. I never experienced such a speed in P5 or P7 even in Mumbai Raj and HWH Raj.
