* Indore-Delhi Intercity to be speeded up from 110kmph to 130 kmph over the Nagda-Delhi stretch. This should be the first SF (with non ac coaches) with 130kmph on NDLS-BCT route. NDLS-HWH already have a few such trains.
* Buoyed by good response to first Tejas, IR to speed up the other trains too. Now BCT-NDLS Raj (Tejas type luxurious version with journey time of just 12-13 hrs) is the next target and the speeding up of Indore-Delhi Intercity appears to be the first step in this direction.

more... number of stops than Mumbai Raj should be operated at 130kmph just behind Mumbai Raj to cover the distance in only 16:00 to 16:30 hrs only so that it can be operated triweekly with single rake in stead of present biweekly service.
* More SF trains on BCT-NDLS route need to be LHBfied and speeded up if a new BCT-NDLS train with just 12 hr journey is to be introduced in near future.
