CBE PGT has gradient issues as CBE is situated at 400M above and PGT at 80M so they had different alignment.

Considering traffic needs of 2028-29 City of Visakhapatnam needs a Metro system for sure. Govt should have considered earlier DPR given by DMRC(E.Sridharan) than this present mindless project routes which lacks proper interchange and financial viability.
Please don't say developing Visakhapatnam as decentralization plan (it is not Srikakulam or Vizayanagaram) as it is the most developed city of Present AP atleast.

Diverting trains via short routes will help passengers to save time and gives people of new stations some oppurtunities to explore.With divertion of trains Nagpur-Itarsi section will be some breathing space for goods trains running on this section so that their avg speeds can be increased and if possible new trains can be added in their place.
