by stones just before the train reached Khariar Road station. This is the second such incident involving the Vande Bharat Express in the region. The train had also been subjected to stone-pelting during its trial run on September 13th near Mahasamund, resulting in the arrest of three individuals. The train was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
