the AC system in the SC coach was not functional. The train remained stopped for two to three hours at outer stations, including Lucknow. Despite complaints made to the running staff and on the train's X platform, no action was taken.

nirdharit samay se nau ghante ki deri se pahunchi. Train mein sawar yaatriyon ka arop raha ki na toh coach mein pani aur na hi SC coach ka cooling system kaam kar raha tha. Lucknow samet anya stations ke outer par do se teen ghante tak train rukhi rahi. Train mein running staff samet X platform par shikayat ke baad bhi koi sunwai nahin hui.
