The railway introduced QR code scanners at both unreserved and reserved ticket counters to provide passengers with a seamless experience and eliminate cash handling hassles. This initiative aims to provide a convenient ticketing experience, complementing the existing ATVM and UTS app ticketing options. The Prayagraj division plans to implement this QR code ticketing system across all major stations in the coming year.

Passengers aapna ticket scanner scan karke le sakte hain. Is सुविधा ka main purpose cash aur change ka jhanjhat se passengers ko free karna tha. Pehle din hi unreserved ticket counter pe passengers ne iska use kiya. Almost ₹4500 ke tickets is tarike se liye gaye hain. Reservation counter pe bhi iski demand thi. Pehle se hi ATVM aur UTS app se ticket diya ja raha tha. Nayi सुविधा bhi passengers ko pasand aayi. Prayagraj Mandal ke PRO Amit Kumar Singh ka kehna hai ki is saal sabhi major stations pe yeh सुविधा start kar di jayegi.
